Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders:

• UK Standard — 2-3 business days (Free on orders over £50)
• UK Express — Next business day (£5.99)
• Europe — 5-7 business days (£9.99)
• Rest of World — 7-14 business days (£14.99)

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Contact us at hello@melongram.com to initiate a return
• We'll provide a prepaid return label (UK only)
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is a different price, we'll adjust accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
